  • When is check-in and check out?
    Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and Check-out is at 11:00 am. This is our cleaning company’s requirement as we often have back to back bookings and they need from 11 to 4 to ensure the property gets cleaned and all laundry reset.
  • Where do we pick up the key?
    All of our properties offer convenient self check-in. A code for access, along with detailed check-in instructions, will be sent to you prior to your arrival. This ensures a smooth and easy entry to your rental, allowing you to start your stay with ease.
  • Is there Wi-Fi available?
    Yes - All of our properties have free Wi-Fi. Speeds vary based on location. Most of Copper Mountain is on fiber, with speeds normally around 250mb.
  • When is the best time to visit?
    -SEASONS - Please be aware of the different seasons before booking. Typical Ski Season: Mid-November to Mid-April. The best snow varies, but usually from late Dec to early March. Spring Off Season: Mid-April to Early June. Often times there's still great Spring Snow in April! Summer Season: Mid-June through Early September. Fall Off Season: September through Mid-November. Amazing Fall hikes with leaves changing. Please contact the resort to double-check Open-Close dates. (During off-seasons, very little is open at the Resort)
  • What's your policy for cancellations?
    Cancellation Policy for Direct Bookings 50% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in. No refund for cancellations made 30 days or less before check-in. If canceling less than 30 days before check-in, the reservation is non-refundable. This policy applies to direct bookings. Airbnb and VRBO policies may differ.
  • What are the units stocked with?
    Items that will be provided for your stay include: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 box of dishwasher detergent, 1 3oz bottle of liquid soap, 1 kitchen wipe. For each bathroom: 2 roll of toilet tissue,1 box of facial tissue, 2 soaps, 1 shampoo, 1 lotion, 2 trash bags for each trash basket. As a courtesy, we also stock our units with coffee and filters. While linens and bath towels are included in the one-time cleaning fee, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate; however, it is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home.
  • Do you have an age minimum?
    We have an age limit of 25 or above. In certain circumstances we sometimes make exceptions, but please reach out.
  • Do Your Properties Have Air Conditioning?
    No. In Summit County, including Copper Mountain, the majority of properties do not have air conditioning. This is primarily due to the cool mountain temperatures we experience year-round, making air conditioning unnecessary. The high elevation naturally keeps temperatures comfortable, even during summer. Here’s a general overview of typical temperatures in Copper Mountain: Spring (March to May): Highs range from 30°F to 55°F, and lows drop between 15°F and 30°F. Summer (June to August): Highs are usually between 60°F to 75°F, with nighttime lows around 40°F to 50°F. Even in the warmest months, the evenings stay cool and refreshing. Fall (September to November): Highs range from 40°F to 60°F, and lows fall between 20°F and 35°F. Winter (December to February): Highs are between 20°F to 40°F, and lows can range from 0°F to 20°F. Given these cool temperatures, none of our units (except for our Denver property) have air conditioning. If you'd like to cool the unit down even further, we recommend guests feel free to open up the windows to enjoy the refreshing mountain air.
  • Where are your properties located?
    The majority of our properties are located in Copper Mountain, Colorado, offering prime access to skiing and mountain adventures. In addition, we have properties in Keystone, Breckenridge, and Silverthorne, giving our guests a range of options across Summit County. For those looking to stay closer to the city, we also manage a single-family home north of Denver. Visit Lark Mountain Properties to explore all our available locations.
  • Do any properties have a swimming pool?
    Most of our properties are in complexes with shared hot tubs. In Copper Mountain, we don't manage properties with pools, but guests can visit the Copper Mountain Athletic Club, which offers a pool, gym, and fitness equipment (daily pass rates apply). In Silverthorne and Keystone, the Silverthorne Recreation Center provides a pool and gym. In Breckenridge, the property we manage features an indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs. Additionally, the Breckenridge Recreation Center offers a full range of amenities, including a pool and fitness facilities.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
