Welcome to Lark Mountain, a family-owned real estate and vacation rental company founded in 2006 by Ryan and Lisa. What began as a vacation rental company for their own condo in Summit County has grown into a thriving full-service real estate and property management business for short-term vacation rentals that includes a portfolio of 20 properties in the resort areas of Summit County and the Denver Metro Area.
Ryan and Lisa's passion for real estate and hospitality led them to expand their services beyond vacation rentals. Lisa, a licensed real estate agent in Colorado, has led one of the top producing teams at Keller Williams and enjoys passing on her knowledge to others.
At Lark Mountain, we take pride in providing a full range of services to meet your real estate, investment and vacation rental needs. Our team includes experienced property managers who specialize in short-term vacation rentals and strive to ensure that every guest has a comfortable and memorable stay. This grew out of Ryan and Lisa's desire to share their knowledge and investment strategy with family and friends, and has since expanded into a select portfolio of around 20 properties in the resort areas of Summit County, Colorado.
