Welcome - We've recently renovated our second condo! Our goal is to offer affordable condominiums, that are nice, clean, and cozy inside in Summit County Colorado. While you enjoy the breath-taking views in front of a warm wood-burning fire, you are surrounded by high-end upgrades that include all new: Granite slab counter tops, cabinets, slate and berber floors, bathrooms, knotty doors, dishes, LCD TV w/DVD player, as well as new furniture.

The kitchen has all the basics. Stay in, or enjoy excellent dining, out at one of the restaurants down the road in the town of Silverthorne or Dillon. You also might enjoy dining and shopping, minutes away in Keystone, Breckenridge or Frisco.

In 25 minutes or less, you can drive to Breckenridge, Copper, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland ski areas. Less than an hour will take you to Vail and Beaver Creek. You are also about 60 minutes from Winter Park and Mary Jane.

  5. $100 damage/reservation refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.
  6. Any damage beyond normal wear, will be billed to you at the actual cost to repair or replace.
