Lark Mountain is a small, family-owned property management company specializing in Colorado ski resort areas. Led by husband and wife team Ryan and Lisa, we started in 2006 with a single vacation rental in Summit County and have since expanded to include a diverse portfolio of properties in the mountains and Denver area, including fix-and-flips, bank-owned properties, and short- and long-term rentals.
Lisa is a licensed real estate agent who is among the top producers at the Keller Williams Realty office in Westminster, CO. She is passionate about sharing her expertise and experience with others, and she is happy to help you with any of your real estate needs in Colorado, whether you're looking to buy or sell a property.
